What are your jewelry pieces actually made of?
Unlike standard wooden or stone beads, our jewelry is crafted from compressed natural herbs, flowers, and resins. We use a traditional binding process to form ingredients like Ginseng, Rose, and Sandalwood into solid shapes (like our Fox or Gourd pendants). This means you are wearing the actual plant material, not just a scented piece of wood.
Why does my bracelet look slightly different from the photo?
Nature rarely repeats itself perfectly. Because we use raw, natural botanicals without synthetic dyes or plastic stabilizers, you may notice slight variations in color, texture, or grain. Some beads may have visible flecks of herbs or resin. We consider these "imperfections" to be the mark of authentic, handmade craftsmanship.
How long does the scent last?
Since we use zero artificial perfumes, the scent is gentle and natural, not overpowering. Typically, the aroma is strongest for the first 3-6 months. Over time, it will settle into a subtle, close-to-skin scent. Tip: When you aren't wearing your piece, store it in the provided box or a sealed bag to prolong the fragrance.
Can I wear my bracelet in the shower or while swimming?
No. Please treat these pieces like "living earth." Because they are made of compressed plant powder, prolonged exposure to water, sweat, or chemicals (like perfumes and lotions) can soften the material or alter its shape. We recommend removing your jewelry before bathing, swimming, or heavy exercise.

I don’t know anything about TCM or Ba Zi. Can I still wear these?
Absolutely. While our formulas are rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the benefits of aromatherapy—calming the mind, lifting the mood, and grounding the spirit—are universal. You can choose a piece simply because you love the scent or the meaning behind the name.
How do I choose the right piece for me?
You have two options:
- Intuition: Read the descriptions and see which one resonates with your current state. Drawn to the "Vulpine Aura" for stress relief? Trust that instinct.
- Consultation: If you want a tailored recommendation, you can use the form on our "About Us" page to submit your birth details. Michelle, our founder, will analyze your Ba Zi (energy chart) and suggest the blend that balances your specific energy.
🕯️ The Incense Collection
What makes your incense different from regular incense?
Our incense (such as the Healing Sanctuary and Fortune’s Altar) is formulated strictly according to ancient texts. We use 100% premium, food-grade medicinal herbs with no synthetic combustion agents or artificial fragrances.
Q: Is the incense safe to use around pets/children?
Our incense is made from pure herbs. However, smoke of any kind can be sensitive for small animals or children. We always recommend burning incense in a well-ventilated area.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
Because many of our items are handmade and finished in small batches to ensure freshness, please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship globally. Please note that international packages may be subject to customs duties which are the responsibility of the buyer.
🇸🇬 Singapore Shipping & Delivery
Q: What shipping method do you use for local orders?
All local orders are shipped via SingPost Tracked Mail (formerly SmartPac) or Registered Article. We believe in peace of mind, so every parcel comes with a tracking number that allows you to monitor its journey from our studio to you.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
We take 2–4 business days to hand-pack and prepare your order. Once handed over to SingPost, delivery typically takes an additional 2–3 working days.
- Total estimated wait time: 4–7 working days.
Q: Will the parcel be delivered to my doorstep or letterbox?
For most jewelry orders (which are small and lightweight), SingPost will deliver the package directly to your letterbox. Please check your mailbox if your tracking status says "Delivered." If the package is too bulky for the letterbox, the postman will deliver it to your doorstep.
Q: How much is shipping within Singapore?
We offer a flat shipping rate of SGD $7.50.
Good News: We offer Complimentary Shipping for all local orders over SGD 300.
Q: My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it.
Since SingPost delivers most of our parcels to the letterbox, please check there first! If you still cannot locate your package after checking your mailbox, please contact us at herbalbloomsco@gmail.com with your order number, and we will help you trace it.
